Message dated April 4 was read, stating the House passed and returned                               
for consideration SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6 Relating to                                         
a reduction in the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage for                                        
Alaskans, and urging the United States Congress to take action to                                   
prevent the reduction, with the following amendments:

Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House                                      
amendments.                                                                                         
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House                                           
amendments?"
